Life Week

Date: 30/03/2019

In March, a “Proactive Life Week” was held under the Peer Tutoring Scheme. This year the theme of the week was “Stress Management”. The aim was to help students develop the needed skills and positive attitudes to face stress. To help them, some teachers were invited to share their experiences of managing stress during the morning assembly. A stress management workshop was also conducted in which our students learnt some effective strategies for managing stress. On top of that, a food sharing session was held collaboratively with the Health Education Club.

With the help of peer tutors, S1 students organised their class game stalls at lunchtime and parents were again invited to participate in parts of our activities. They were very enthusiastic and supportive in helping the committee run the activities.
